Polish Mountain Hillclimb Update

National Road Autosport, the Flintstone Volunteer Fire Department and PHA (collectively, the organizers) have found a new date to reschedule the Polish Mountain Hillclimb for this year: October 13-14.

MyAutoEvents has been extended to cover the new dates. If you do not plan to attend the rescheduled event and had previously registered, please email Fred Pfeiffer fpfeiffer@atlanticbb.net to request a cancellation. If you had registered through MyAutoEvents, you will be mailed a refund check. If you registered by mail, your check will be torn up.

If you had not previously registered and you wish to for the October event, you may register through MyAutoEvents or by mail. The revised entry form will be distributed shortly.

The Flintstone VFD was not able to raise money through their Friday evening festivities (car show, bands and dinner) that would have accompanied the hillclimb this past weekend. As part of rescheduling this event, the organizers have committed to raising a minimum of $1,500 to make up for this loss. Rather than raising the entry fee to cover this donation, we are requesting that each driver contribute $15 at registration. If you prefer a check, please make it out to the Flintstone VFD. Anyone wishing to pledge more for the donation should email Dave Merritt at dlmerritt@gmail.com. Pledges would be paid at the event.

To ensure the success of the event, the organizers will assess entries and pledges around September 21 (3 weeks prior to the event) to determine that we have sufficient entries. Our target is 70 entries.
